Faculty of Water Management and Engineering Communication Systems, one of the largest faculties of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, was established by the decision of the Academic Council of the University from 20.09.2001 in connection with the ongoing reforms in the education system. This faculty is organized on the basis of the faculties of water management and ecology, engineering systems and structures.

The faculty trains specialists in 5 specialties. Applicants wishing to enter the faculty must take part in the entrance examinations conducted by the State Student Admission Commission.
